30 Day Money Back Guarantee
TheTeaFarm.com’s products should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, even if it’s because you don’t like the taste or flavor of the tea you ordered, you can return the opened bag for a refund of the amount that is left over within 30 days on all purchases.
At TheTeaFarm.com no purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of ship to date for the full purchase price or the amount of the left over (open bag) minus shipping and handling fees. If you find any errors committed on our part, we will gladly refund you the shipping and handling fees you paid.
Orders that are damaged by improper handling of product by customer may NOT be refunded or exchanged. Please include its proper documentation and return in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable).
Refund Processing
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the problem with the order. Returns take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
